Fresh from My Most Wanted Forum, Miley Cyrus - Wonder World Tour Clips From Auburn Hills - Oct 6th 2009 - Exclusive - Miley Cyrus' first concert after she came down with strep throat and had to cancel some shows last week.  Miley introduces her new movie, "The Last Song," and shows the movie trailer.  There are a couple of great songs, and we agree with Miley:  It's great to have her back!

Disney's Hannah Montana is clean, funny, talented and hip! No wonder every girl would like to BE Hannah Montana, if only for a day. On October 8, Disney's Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus,  sent her last tweet. She referenced her The Last Song costar, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. 

Rumor has it that there's a love interest there, and the decision to delete her Twitter account appears to be due to his urging.  He doesn't have one, and apparently doesn't think she should, either. 

Miley mentioned her desire to keep her "private life private."  That's quite a challenge for a star, one of the drawbacks that makes many of us glad we're not stars!  (Consider the photo - posted to Twitter and found through Google search for "public domain" images.  It's one of many.  Poor Miley!)

So just think about what it would be like to be Hannah Montana all the time - or Miley Cyrus all the time. . .

I just read an interesting article giving insights into teen idol Miley Cyrus with lessons from Disney's Hannah Montana show.  It would be good, clean fun for a child or teen to want to "be like" Hannah or Miley, dress like her, even choose Hannah Montana Child Halloween Costumes. But your family will be glad not to have paparazzi hounding you!

I love the TV series of Disneys Hannah Montana.  In it, Miley Cyrus (as Miley Stewart) tries to live a normal life, with Hannah Montana as her secret life.  And that makes for some hilarious situations!

Such as the time that Miley's father warned her about fighting fire with fire. He said: 
"You just get burned." 

Poor Miley was forced to share a tent with the two snobbiest girls in school, Amber and Ashley.  They called her names, and tried to take credit for her work putting up the tent.  Yea, right!  Like either one of them would know how to do that.

But the final straw was the third time they got punished for something Amber and Ashley did.  Miley and her friend, Lily, were washing the dishes.  Of course, Amber and Ashley threw the dishes on the ground and made them have to start all over again.  Miley said:  "Daddy, get the flea dip ready. I'm getting down with the dogs!"

Miley and Lily stood (without knowing it) in a bush full of poison oak, watching Amber and Ashley get what was coming to them.  The next day, Hannah was on a critical interview, and right as it was starting, the poison oak hit her and Lily.  The itching was unbearable.  So, to try to save face, Hannah did the "scratch dance," and her father recorded it.

It would be hilarious to see my daughter dressed up as Hannah Montana in one of the Disney Hannah Montana Child Halloween Costumes doing the Scratch Dance this year!

WELCOME to the "Hannah Montana Costume Blog" where we'll have fun investigating some of the more popular Hannah Montana Halloween costume ideas.

After all, Miley Cyrus' character - teenager Miley Stewart with secret identity of pop superstar Hannah Montana - is a refreshing change from all the sex, violence, disrespect, and vulgarity that's everywhere on the screen today.  So I think the series, Hannah Montana, is a good thing - and the star is a great one for our children to emulate! 

Disneys Hannah Montana series in chock full of life lessons for young and old.  Parents can learn a lot!  One good thing is that Miley's father actually takes time to LISTEN to her.  He commands respect, and Miley demonstrates respect for parents. 

The show not only promotes doing the right thing, but also shows the immediate consequences - and some unintended consequences - of Miley's actions.  Great teaching material in a highly entertaining format! As well as Miley's handling of these situations. She learns, corrects, gets up, and moves on. No time in life to wallow in our mistakes!  Too much good yet to do and friendship, love and compassion to share.

So not only should Hannah Montana continue to rock the stage, but we should make more shows like this. And we should encourage our children in their costume fun to copy someone of good character - someone that's still pure fun for the child.  That's why I absolutely love Disney's Hannah Montana Child Halloween Costumes!
